    A genuine, massive massive thank you to everyone on here. Because I would have quit without you.

    I don't have anyone supporting me on this diet and have found this past week really hard, I've cheated a few times with a few spoonfuls of tuna this week, yesterday I was ready to give up. Today I have realised for the first time that I do have a great support network on here - people who realised exactly what I'm going through and are always ready with a kind word or a kick up the backside.

    Thank you to everyone who has made the various challenges threads, because I didn't want to give up without completing them. Thank you to everyone who has joined my ID challenge, you've kept me going as I didn't want to let you down. Thanks to the Sugar Plum Fairy thread, just reading it managed to cheer me up. And a great big thank you to Flowey who took time out of her day to message me several times last night to stop me giving up - someone I've never spoken to before or met, has managed to keep me on track.

    The selfless attitude of everyone on here never ceases to amaze me, I think you're all brilliant, and I hope you all get to your goals and get the weightloss you want. I've never met anyone who I think deserves it more.

    And lastly, I want to apologise to Tillyfloss for taking something she said the wrong way and snapping a little. Stress of revision and A-levels and CD has got to me this week, but none of it should have been taken out on you, and for that I'm sorry.

    Anyway that's it... just wanted to say that. Keep up the good work everyone :) xxxxxxxxx

    I am so pleased, but more of it was you not us. I'm glad we can help, as so many others do for me. The end of the day though, you accepted support and you brought yourself through.
    Well done, be proud and repay it to the next struggler (which will probably be me!)

    I am a newbie to this diet and on day 4. Finding it hard but so very encouraged by the positive and supportive messages on this site. Really glad ifound this forum!

    Have been struggling with weight for 4 years and hope cd is the answer.

    Ab, Stick with it. Week 1 is really tough but it does get easier. Just tell us when you struggle (as we all do a some point) and we drag you through it if needs be! Good luck, only 3 more days until your 1st weigh in and thats very exciting.
