Lunch-10 fish sticks, 2 boiled eggs, 10 wafer honey roast ham slices, fresh fruit salad, 3 light cheese triangles HEA, Muller light.
Seafood sauce 2 syns, Salad cream 2 syns.

Tea-Lamb shank, Carrotts, Cabbage, 2 mini yorkshire puds 6 syns.

Extras- 4 cups of tea, diet coke, Scrumptious Strawberry Hi-Fi Bar HEB, 2 Bananas.

Tea-Cottage pie made with Quorn mince & Potato topping, Fresh tomato.
