Kalms

Hi all, going through a bit of a bad period at the moment. Doc has put me on sleeping tabs for two weeks but not helping. I bought some Kalms at tesco's this morning to try them but they appear to have a sugar coating on them. Does anyone know if they will take me out of ketosis. I moved up to 810 this week as feeling very dizzy and lethargic and I know that if I go out of ketosis I will blow the diet big time and that will make me feel much worse. Anyone?

hey hun, i take kalms every day... not knocked me out of ketosis... i take 2 in the morning and 2 later on in the day

When ssing i don't sleep and i take Nytol (2 of) and this doesn't knowck me out of ketosis.
