Karens food diary...

Friday 20th may e/e
hexa-28g cheddar
hexb-asda wholemeal pitta

breakfast- 1 f/l egg, mushrooms and 1/2 tin toms
lunch-h/m lasagne 3 syns, cucumber,lettuce,1/2 onion and lettuce
dinner-pitta bread pizza tomato puree, ham, lean bacon,mushrooms,and hexa cheese 1/3 of a pack of savoury rice and a heap of salad couldnt finish it all but was lush and definetely filled the pizza gap ive been fancying

fluids-2litres of weak squash 2 coffees and 2 glasses of diet coke
syns-3 for lasagne, and 3 for hifi bar....
