Hi
I have decided that I need to start a diary and hopefully track my weight loss to target. I would like to get to target this year! If I can lose about 3stone 7lbs then i would be happy.

So here goes:
February 23rd EE
B'fast: Melon, Mango and strawberrries
Lunch: Wholemeal roll, ham, rocket and tomato, yoghurt
Dinner: Lasagne (EE Cook book) salad
Snacks: fruit and yoghurt
Drinks tea, coffee and 2 litres water

Lasagne 1.5syns, wholemeal roll (HXB)

Week 1: Lost 3lbs ;)
Week 2: Lost 2lbs ;)

B'fast: Special K (b)with muller light yoghurt
Lunch: Ham, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, beetroot, strawberries, muller light yoghurt
Dinner: SW Doner Kebab meat, SW chips (b) and mixed salad

27th February Green Day
B'fast: Muller light yoghurt, fruit
Lunch: Pasta Pot Shot - Tomato and Herb (Free), banana, yoghurt
Dinner: Boiled Potatoes, green beans, carrots, gammon(B), parsley sauce (3 SYNS) melon, sugar free jelly 1/2 SYN

Drinks: 2 litres water, tea and coffee
