Well decided to do my diary this week as last week went completely wrong and I ended up putting 2lb on! :mad:

Monday
Breakfast - Muller, Banana
Snacks - Grapes, Apple x 2
Lunch - Salad with seafood sticks + Mayo (2 syns)
Dinner - Roast beef salad with pasta & salad cream (5 syns)
1 x drumstick lolly (2.5 syns)
Drinks - Coffee + water

Total syns - 9.5

Tuesday
Breakfast - muller and banana
Lunch - tuna salad and salad cream (2 syns)
Dinner - mash, homemade meatballs and peas (4 syns)
Snacks, apple, grapes, 2 finger kitkat (5.5 syns) Crisps (6 syns)

Total syns = 17.5 whoops
