    Hi guys,

    Well this day 1 of SW, I'm doing EE & this is what I've eaten today...

    Breakfast:

    2 Weetabix
    Milk (HE)
    Splenda

    Lunch:

    Homemade veg soup
    FF yoghurt
    Banana

    Dinner:

    Jacket pot
    Baked beans
    Fresh prawns
    Boiled egg
    Lots of salad

    Scraping of LF butter (Syns ?)
    Sprinkle of LF cheese (Syns ?)

    Also 2 options hot choc (4 syns?)

    I also went on a 30 brisk walk in my lunch break! :)

    Is this the sort of diary I should have? Any tips or hints?! Hehe

    I'm new to ee and struggling to get my head around it. Your meals have given me inspiration on how it should be done!

    Yes I have soup all the time, it's so yummy and totally free! I always fill a massive flask up to take to work & eat it all!

    Week 1:
    Day 2: EE

    Breakfast:

    2 Weetabix
    SS milk (HE)
    Splenda

    Lunch:

    FF yoghurt
    Banana
    Apple
    Handful of grapes

    Options hot choc (2 syns)

    Dinner:

    Chilli (made with lots of veg)
    Homemade pot wedges

    Also 30mins brisk walking at lunch!

    Hi :) diary looks brilliant but just wondering if you're getting enough syns in? You should be having 5-15 every day (I think it's mandatory!)

    I mean low fat & far free. :)

    Hmm your prob right about the syns, although I keep forgetting the put my options hot choc in, I have one or two of them a day.
    I like to not have things like choc or sweets, I like to use my syns if things like oil or condiments but sometimes I don't even do that. I weigh in tonight so il see what the scales say.

    ahh that makes sense! i was thinking fibre or something was well confused!

    gd luck for tonight, remember sometimes people dont notice a change until wk 2, so dont be disheartened if its not what u expect!

    Weigh in! I lost 4 lbs! I am so chuffed! I have never lost that in one week. :)

    Dorset fruit porridge
    Semi skimmed milk
    Splenda

    Options hot choc

    Lunch:
    Leek & pot soup
    Apple

    Options hot choc
    1 choc digestive

    Dinner:
    French baguette (syns ?)
    FF sausages
    Tom sauce (syns ?)

    2 choc chip cookies (syns ?)

    Today wasn't a very good day, wasn't very organised and I find it hard to stay strict the day after weigh in. I sorta think 'oh well i have all week to be really good' Back on it strict tomorrow!

    Thanks! Aww I'm sure you'll have a great loss! I try to not ever get on my home scales during the week, it is really hard though!

    Weigh day today, abit disappointed, I only lost 1 lb!!! :( I know a pound is still good but I've been so good, haven't cheated and walked loads!
    From looking at my diaries can any1 see why I wouldn't lose more than that?! :(
