    Got weighed yesterday and lost 4lbs :)

    I was pretty disappointed really but a loss is a loss and it's 4lbs closer to goal. Have to be happy.

    But you've lsot 18lbs in 2 weeks!!! Just think how long it would take you to loose that on any other diet. Big well done!

    4lb is a great loss - you'll probably have some bigger and maybe even smaller as you progress but just look at how much you have lost in only 2 weeks. In a month you will be even smaller..... Well done xxx
