B- special K 60g = 3 milk= 1 apple-1/2 orange= 1/2
L- cous cous = 3 1/2 yogurt =1
D- chicken = 2 1/2 bacon = 1 salad =0 dressing = 1 skinny cow = 1 1/2
Total = 15 1/2

Hmmm ok so thats my 3 meals and some snacks and I have 10 points left
