Katie's food diary to becoming a skinny minni xxx

Hey all!!!

I have joined this as a bit more of a kick up the arse to reach goal!!!!! I have been dieting most of my 25 years of life and am dying not to feel guilty for having a big fat dominoes!!!! I am currently doing WW and have a daily allowence of 34pp!! I will do a food diary daily as this will (hopefully) keep me on track :)

I will start with yesterday's diet-

Breakfast- Porrige and bannana- 6pp

Lunch- WW Tomatoe Soup- 2pp
2 x ww bread- 2pp
Ham- 1pp
Pineapple- opp

Tea- WW chicken Lasgne ready meal- 8pp
Salad and salad cream- 2pp

Snacks- Lolly and sweets- 4pp
Coffee and milk- 1pp
Apple and Strawberries- 0pp

ok so here goes yesterdays food diary-

Breakfast
- Porridge with skimmed milk and banana- 6pp
Total- 6pp

Lunch- 60g wndyke farm light cheese- 4pp
Branston Pickle 45g- 1pp
Sundried tomatoes- 1pp
lettece and onion- 0pp
Salad cream- 2pp
Apple- 0pp

Total- 8pp

Tea-
Turkey Mince 200g for turkey burgers- 5pp
2 x warbutons thins- 6pp
Rustc Chips- 6pp
Tomatoe sauce- 2pp
Chives, worster sauce and lemon juice to season turkey- 0pp

Total- 19pp

Snacks-
Eat smart creal bar- 2pp
mini creme egg- 2pp
Skinny cow brownie ice cream- 2pp

Here goes Saturday's diary (no alcohol consumed for once)

Breakfast-
Strawberries with 100g 0% yoghurt- 1pp
Porrige with skimmed milk and bannana- 6pp

Total- 7pp

Lunch-
4 egg white omlette- 1pp
Mushrooms- 0pp
Spagetti hoops- 3pp
spray oil and dash of skimmed milk- 1pp

Total- 5pp

Tea-
Pizza
Warbutons square wrap (for pizza base)- 4pp
Tomatoe puree- 0pp
Ham- 1pp (for topping)
Quorn burger- 2pp (for topping)
Pineapple, mushrooms, onions (for topping)-0pp
60g super light wndyke farm cheese- 4pp
50g ww soft cheese and chive (for dipping)-1pp

Total-12pp

Snacks-

Melon and apple- 0pp
Malteesers- 9pp (weighed from a big bag)

Total- 9pp

Excercise- Body Combat 1 hour ( I don't count extra points for exercise as im unsure how!!!)
