Katie's Green Diary <3

So here's the first post of (hopefully) many. I decided keeping an online diary might help to keep me motivated and get some inspiration to keep going! I have about 3 1/2 stone to loose which I have gained since finishing uni.. (I know people normally put the weight on when they are there, but I did things differently!!)

If you are interested in sharing ideas for a veggie diet, feel free to say hello :) I'm trying my hardest at the moment to experiment and shake up my diet and I feel like it is going well ! Weigh day is Thursday and i am feeling positive about this week :)

I might start posting from my phone so I can include pictures of my meals, I am becoming quite proud of my concoctions!!


Breakfast-
Porridge (B)
almond milk (A)

snack-
rice cake x2 (3 syns)

Lunch-
veggie pasta with low fat quorn sausages
asda low fat banana yogurt (2.5 syns)

snack-
small brown toast x2 (B)
marmite

Dinner-

salad with red pepper, halloumi 35g (A), quorn fillets, sesame oil (3 syns), sesame seeds (2.5 syns), flour for sauce (1.5 syns)

ww jelly (0.5 syns)



syns- 13

exercise- none today

overall feelings about the day- pleased, it feels great to have 100% days but i do worry my syns are always quite high!!

Weigh in tomorrow, scary !!

Breakfast- too unorganised this morning to have any !!

snack- 2 rice cakes (3 syns)

lunch- mug shot
french fries crisps (4 1/2 syns)
yogurt (2 1/2 syns)

snack- toast and marmite (B)

Dinner- quorn low fat sausages
mash
broccoli and green beans
gray (2 syns)

afters- hot choc (2 syns) squirt of whipped cream (eekkkkkk!!!!)


yeh, think i may have gone over syns today ?! :s
