Ok,

Today I be mostly eating RED.

Bkft:
28g Porridge Oats made with water - HEB
With One Nectarine and One Banana - FREE

Mid Morn: French Fries Syns 3.5 - I think but need to check

Lunch:
Salad and Ready Cooked Chicken - free

Mid After: Melon / grapes - Free

Dinner:
Chilli with Rice - HEB
Used small tin of Kidney Beans with Chilli sauce (not sure of syns will need to look this up unless anyone knows for quickness)
Rest on ingredients free.

HOT Drink made with Milk HEA- Poss Ovaltine choc one (Can't find this - Does anyone know the syns)

If anyone looks at this as sees I havent used enough A or B or knows the syns can they tell me - still finding my way round..

Found out that Ovaltione sachets are 2 syns each.

And PEr 100g canned Kid beans are 4.5 per 100g on Red and Zero syns on Green.
So that means Total Syns for today will have been 9.5 not bad

French Fries are 4.5 and 3.5 as I had thought.

Keep on Slimming...

Hi hun, sorry can't help with syns as don't have access to site but with your brekky, HEB = 28g of oats and 1 oat/scan bran or 1 ryvita wholegrain cracker bread, not just the oats (unless I missed it somewhere?) x

No just had the oats this morning - with Fruit.

Poss have the ryvita later - like to store something like a squirrel.

oo had a chocolate hit -

Green and Blacks mini mini choc bar - 4syns making a total of 13.5 now.

Damn was trying to keep a few back - still it was very nice.

oh no I thought it was is it a hex B is it a A then?

Thought Pasta, Rice etc was HEBs.

Do I have to syn the rice then?

Rice isn't even a Hex B on red (not even brown) as it doesn't contain enough fibre. And only wholemeal pasta is. Very annoying I know, BUT looking at your diary, you can turn it into an EE day, as long as you don't have any other Hex A's

ok EE it is then - as don't have enough syns left to syn it - bang goes the hot milky drink -

So EE is just 1 HE B and 1 HE A

Food has too be Free on both days
and Superfree Foods has to fill up 1/3 of your plate.

Does this mean snacks have to be SFF too.

Do I have to weigh any of the Free on both day foods?

Just getting my head round EE - want to make sure I've got in my head right.

They advise that for snacks you stick to Superfree but to be honest, I normally have free food as snacks (few slices of ham, boiled egg, mugshot etc) and it hasn't been a problem.

If you find your losses slow, try and keep snacks as Superfree food, or syns xx

Morning all

Thanks Kirstabubble for your help:) - I didn't have the milky drink in the end - I had a Black coffee and a choc digestive biscuit! oops ;)- it was yum though (and whoa where did the willpower come from I just had the one)

Today Menu:

Bkft:
Nectarine, blueberries, strawberries with 28g Muesli (HEXB) and yoghurt

Mid Morn; Melon and Grapes

Lunch:

Salad with Chicken and Cottage Cheese.
Clemetines and more Melon and Grapes
Hartleys Jelly - need to check syns

Mid Afternoon: French Fries 4.5 syns

Dinner:

Sw Recipe Gammon with parsnip mash and greens - EE Free
Ambrosia low Fat Rice Pudding - need to check syns

Maybe a milky drink - HEXA

Hoping I have done this right, will be looking at food diaries to get some ideas.

oo the Ambrosia low fat rice pudding is 6Syns - my thats a lot but have syns to use so will still have it - bought them so best eat them.

Got to think what to have tomorrow now might be a green day as meeting friend in cafe so can have jkt spud....yum

OMG The Ambrosia LF Rice Pudding was so not worth the 6 syns and because of that I eat 6 slices of Terrys Chocolate - damn.:(

The RP was very watery and not very tasty either and not much of it (thats probably a good thing) :(

Hi KK. Could you not make your own RP next time. I do and its nice.. All you need is pudding rice, semi skimmed milk, sweetner, grated nutmeg and a cinamon stick. You can boil all this, or put it in the oven and bake it. When you serve it, you can then add chopped fresh fruit. Good for desert and also brekkie too :). xxx

Today was going green as was meeting friend for lunch and intended to have a jacket Spud with Beans....Thats been cancelled now damn!

Bkft:

2 x 400g Wholemeal Bread - made into Eggie bread served with Strawberries, Blueberries, Apple and topped with LF Nat Yoghurt. - yum yum...

Mid Morn: Melon and grapes and yoghurt (ML)

Lunch: mmmm was going to be Jkt Spud - anyone know of any syn free green ready made meals?

Mid afternoon: Mugshot maybe

Dinner:
Scramble eggs on Toast
