Hi everyone.

I've been up and down for the last twelve months on slimming world, generally messing about.

I'm back on track now,

This is my food diary for this week. I've stuck to it, added a few syns here and there but still well within it.

Preparation is most definitely key on this eating plan!

WED: WEIGH IN = Gained 1lb
THURS: BREAKFAST: 35g Porridge Oats (HEB) Toffee Yoghurt, Strawberries & coffee (HEA)
Dinner: beansprouts, stir fry veg & grilled pork
Tea: Jacket potato, prawns in quark with lemon juice & salad
Snacks: Carrot sticks, banana, 4syns of Rose Wine

FRI: Breakfast: 35g Fruit & Fibre cereal (HEB) Apple, Coffee (HEA)
Dinner: Subway chicken breast salad
tea: SW burgers, wedges, tzatziki & aubergine
Snacks: Banana, celery sticks, grapes 2 x SW blueberry muffins (3.5each = 7syns)

SAT: Brunch: Omelette with gammon steak, onion, mushrooms & 30g reduced fat cheddar
SYN-snugburys ice cream (13.5syns)
tea: Beef bourguignon (2syns) mash, roast veggies, fruit & yoghurt

SUN: Brunch: 3x skinny lizzie sausages (1.5syns) bacon, mushrooms, beans, reduced tomatoes.
tea; steamed salam & tandoori veggies

MON: Breakfast: 35g Fruit & Fibre (HEB) Banana, Coffee (HEA)
Dinner: SW Quiche & Salad
Tea: SW Chicken Tikka Masala

TUES: Breakfast: 35g Porridge Oats, (HEB) Toffee Yoghurt, banana & cinnamon Coffee (HEA)
Dinner: SW Quiche & Salad
Tea: SW Sticky Chicken & salad

WED: 35g Fruit & Fibre cereal (HEB) banana, coffee (HEA)
Dinner: Stew or Tuna with A jacket potato (At my Nans for lunch so it's up to her!)
