I have been starting a 'diet' every day for months - and by evening my 'diet' is blown!
Have lost weight on WW before, but seem to lose interest, feel hungry and binge on sweet things in the evenings.
I have tried SW years ago, and the thing that still 'worries' me is having to cook meals (on WW I ate a lot of ready meals).
My new start date is Monday 21st Jan 2013 - I hope keeping this diary will keep me motivated and on track. Going to start on my own with no meetings - may join on-line when I have the funds.
 
I am also following SW, not going to class or online, lack of funds from xmas!! Good luck with the weight loss! x
 
Day 1 - 21st Jan 2013

Breakfast
35gm Porridge with skimmed milk - Healthy A & B

Lunch
Pasta, tinned toms & tuna
I fat free yoghurt

Supper
Baked Potato & Baked beans
1 Mullerlite yoghurt

Snacks
2 satsuma's
1 banana
Evening - small baked spud
Syns -
Freddo = 5
WW Hot choc 2
7 syns today :)

Quite a good first day, still unsure about a few things, if anyone can answer I'd appreciate that!

If I feel hungry in evenings, is it ok to have anything from the free foods? ie/ baked potato

any free or super free foods are allowed at any time - so potatoe with beans, salad, fruit veg etc

2 egg omelette/baked beans/ ww yog
Supper
Baked Potato/Beans

Snacks -
2 satsuma
Dozen grapes
Muller lite
Evening - small baked pot
Syns
SW Choc pud/ Vanilla M Lite - 2 (made with 1 egg and ww hot choc sachet, just found on recipe pages)
Freddo - 5
1 pink & white wafer- 2.5
Total 9.5

Still a bit confused about the red/green/ee day's - have started on ee, just seems like a lot of carbs?
Also, asked a few day's ago about eating a baked pot in evening as a snack, and thought this would be a 'free food' - then read on another thread about potato skins being baked as a snack - and others saying as they were not in main meal they should be synned?
If anyone can set me straight,

Week 2 - Day 8 - Weigh Day - 4lb Loss!!

Start of week 2, weigh in this morning - 4lb loss!!! Can't believe that as only usually have a 1-2lb loss in first week. Hoorah, feeling motivated, and know I must have been doing it ok last week. Yay!!! :bliss:

Breakfast
1 banana
Lunch
2 scrambled eggs/1slice wm toast - HEx B / HEx A = 350ml skimmed milk
Supper
Baked pot/baked beans
Activia Strawb yog/strawberries

Snacks
2 Clementine
1/2 banana
Nectarine
small baked pot

Syns
Curly wurly - 6
2 pink/whites - 5
Total - 11

Spag bol/Pasta - home made - 3 syns for addition to sauce.
Activia snack pot/ strawberries

2 Clementine, 1 plum, 1 nectarine

Syns
Spag bol sauce - 3
Freddo - 5
2 p&w - 5
Total - 13

Green Tea x 1

Really couldn't sleep tonight, came down and had mullerlite/banana - in the past it would have been half pack bics or sweets :)
Went back to bed and slept ;)

I'm doing EE and jacket pot as a snack is fine :) (It's free on EE)
