:D Well its time i stuck to a diary as well as s/w so im going to track my next 2/3 of my way to slimdom....

Lost 4lb in class last night was happy with that as I didnt miss out on easter goodies but did limit them, bought a 6 week countdown last night so going to make next 6 weeks losses count..... but doing it day by day until im feeling totally focussed again.... 21st.6.5 last night ....

Thurs 12/4/12
hea1-skimmed milk
heb1-w/m toast
b-toast,beans,mushrooms 2 1 syn sausage +watermelon (2)
l-Jacket potato, tuna mayo onion, cuc toms, lettuce beetroot walkers stars 4.5 syns and watermelon... -(5)
d-actifry chips and h/m chile all free, yoghurt, orange and banana for work (0)
snax- watermelon and fruit and a yoghurt if needed
syns as above so far- 7/15
fluid at least 3 litres
 
Friday 13th quite uneventful apart from being dragged back in for a night shift but on the upside I will then be off til Monday am food wise been ok a few nsv tho main one being avoided a Chinese !

Hea- skimmed milk
HEB- weetabix

B- weetabix and a banana
L- mushy pea curry and a jack spud
X-mushy pea curry and chips melon and a yoghurt
Syns- stars 4.5,stars 4.5,2 roses 4
Snax- melon,banana,yog for un .planned nightshift .....

Will sleep til 1 tomorrow so be a late brunch mmm
Bacon,mushrooms,beans,2 sausage and 1 toast 6 hours to go lol
 
:wave_cry: Tired Tired Tired !!!! think my lack of sleep not through being able to but by never getting to bed as too busy or work may be really hampering my weightloss and mood as im forever tired so thats what im too work on next week cat nap when poss without feeling guilty and bed early instead of watching tele !!!! fulltime hours plus overtime plus a 5 year old and running a house is so not easy at mo, so Karen bed early !!!

foods today are good have just gone over my syns tho so will cut down a little tomorrow

2 Asda 1 syn sausage,
beans, pile of mushrooms
and 1 toast (heb)

plate of swede (needed using hence odd tea mashed with pepper was lush )

actifry chips
mushy pea curry
apple

syns- 2 sausages, pack of buttons 8,icelolly-4 slice of bread-4

snax-yoghurt, orange and an apple thru day

picked millions today as been up all day potching after a night shift so zonked most good but over syn wise

2 litres squash, coffee exercise potching only ....

tomorrow is another day ....
 
:D Gorgeous here today so some body magic defo in today

breakfast- weetabix heb and milk hea with a pear

lunch- parsnip carrots peas pots roasties and got some sausage to use up so sausage n mash today so just 6 syns for dinner 2 for sausage n 4 for gravy

dinner- left over mushy pea curry and a jacket n salad ....

Yesterday was a right off but weigh in on wednesday and noone to blame but myself and hubby lol sooooooooo

I feel a success express day coming on here lol

breakfast- weetabix,milk, orange,apple...
snack (only if needed)-yoghurt
lunch is a bowl of mushy pea curry...and a hifi bar ....

dinner - chicken breast steamed pots, carrots, parsnip peas and gravy

syns- gravy-3, kitkat-5.5, quavers 4.5 syns

fluids - at least 2 litres....
