Kaz's Food Diary - to a slimmer me!

I am just starting on this forum, done slimming world about a year lost 2 stone 10 so far. Going to keep a food diary to stay on track!
 
Today :)
Hea: 60g low low cheese spread
Heb: 3 pumpkin seed ryvita

B: grapes Muller light banana and a special k bar (5) :/ need some alpen lights!
L: stir fry, noodles chicken in soy sauce and garlic, peppers tomato onion.
T: sw pasty (9) for the tortilla wrap I used with potato and hea filling with salad :)

Syns are above plus I had total 0% yoghurt with hot choc options mixed in (2) so iv had 16 today but nevermind!

I also had 2 eggs and raspberries for my snacks! I do extra easy :)
 
Hellooo it doesnt tell me yet so il just have to keep searching myself lol. X I tried to message but I'm not allowed yethaha
 
Lol just keep posting on peoples diaries etc or on the word games etc your posts will add up. When you get to 50 you can add pics n stuff to your diary

Chop up some carrots to nibble on or some more fruit. What about an omelette or scrambled eggs with beans
