    slimming world
    tues 17th november
    red day (may turn into extra easy depending on dinner)
    B = Bacon and onion sarni (hxB), 1/2 a galia melon

    L = Homemade sausage casserole piled ontop of 1/2 a butternut squash (jacket style)

    D = not sure yet will decide when i get in from work in the morning

    shall have syns through out the day but not sure in what form yet. will update later.
