:) this is my first day writing it all down on very good advice so here goes:
Today's diary 2nd March 2012

a 375ml skimmed milk b 35g Dorset Cereals Simply Fruity Muesli

Total: 18.5 syns! not such a good start!

Well.....gone a little bit haywire this week, had a couple of days off work, a job interview, take away and wine. Just added up syns for week and from Tuesday am around 70 syns already! so attempting to repair the damage:
so far today I have eaten:
Breakfast: weetabix x2 HEXB with banana and HEXA ss milk
Lunch: omelette with ham tomatoes and mushrooms
Snacks: apple, activia fat free yoghurt, tangerine, grapes
Drinks: coffee
