Kebab SOS!

Well, lets just say our slow cooked chicken SW curry was just that...very slow! I am starving and this is not going to be ready for hours so we ordered a takeaway. I am gutted

So hubby wanted a kebab...I opted for a Chicken Shish kebab. How many syns is this? I have asked for dry with no sauce and just the chicken and salad.

Help....I feel so naughty!

It is 8 syns for a chicken kebab if i remember right, presuming this if for the pitta.
