Kebabs

Wondered if anyone could help me work out the syns in a kebab. In my book it says a lamb doner (just meat) is 8 syns and chicken is 5. Is this right? seems too good to me. Kebab meat with salad and extra light mayo sounds like something i should be staying away from.
Any thoughts?

Also, the chicken shish kebab, any ideas on syn value?

ee/red small chicken doner 5syns
ee/red large chicken doner 7.5
ee/red small lamb doner 8syns
ee/red large lamb doner 12.5.
all for meat only.
only able to find branded shish kebabs not takeaway sorry.

You know the way it says chicken doner?
Does this mean just a normal kebab like chicken peices in the pitta? I could always use my own wholemeal pitta, hmm.
