My starting again didn't really work out but now have some things to aim for... sis in law is getting married in Dominican Republic in October so need to look fabulous for that and got 2 big runs to train for in May. It is also 12 months until I turn 30 and I want to look and feel greay. Diary starts tomorrow... bring it on...

Weighing in tomorrow morning and think I'll have put on a lb from Christmas but I'll be happy with that! How are you getting on?

hi sparkledpixie i am on my 5th day of being on plan 100% am so chuffed with myself :D hope it lasts :eek:, i went to tesco today they had kelloggs fibre plus bars on offer so i bought some as everyone raves about them they are lush felt like i was eating something really naughty hee hee have u tried them? i weigh on saturday so am keeping my fingers crossed for a resonable loss :) good luck with ur weigh in xx

hi sparkledpixie, good luck on your restart, i am a restarter, took about 3 months off and gained 10lbs back, i have found it quite easy to step back into but it's only 2 days lol!!!

valerie - are the kellogs fibre plus bars better than the alpen lights?

Not restarting the diet, just the diary. Not doing too bad on the diet just not as good as I could do with keeping a diary and yes, for me, fibre plus are far superior and extremely chocolatey but only 1 for hexb

Stayed the same at weigh in which I'm well chuffed with!

Small slice of cheese (hexa)
4 crab sticks

Made a beef casserole to take for tea as am working nights tonight with lots of veg in and a pot of chopped fruit

Oops blueberry muffin and 4 quality street at work :-(

hi hun well done staying the same yay :D cor see u had crabsticks i love them my sons got a fresh fish van and i get them off him did buy some from tescos but they were dry and horrible :eek:have a good day x
