Keep me right's food diary!!

Hey everyone, going to do a food diary on here and hope you can tell me if im doing fine.
Been doing sw on and off for what seems like forever as i have no willpower but im trying this time!!
I have a mixture of days.

So today is easy extra

Breakfast: green tea and melon
snack-coffee
lunch-huge bowl of veg soup, muller lite, water

Will be back later to up date how my afternoon and evening went, just wanted to get it started:)

for afternoon snack i had a oat and raison cookie, not sure how many syns but im saying 8, it was homemade and quite small so 8 should cover it.
Tea-turkey mince (bolognaise stylr) with extra onions, carrots and mushroom with pasta and an orange for afters.
snack-grapes and a aldi harvest moon bar


For exercise today:
1.5 mile jog/walk am
20 mins of Davina dvd
1 mile jog/run pm

So overall a good day for me, 1 day down lots to go :0)

Tuesday 14th

Easy extra day

Breakfast-orange, melon, green tea
snack-coffee
lunch-baked potato, beans, cheese, tomato, cucumber, harvest moon bar (3 syns), green tea
snack-oat and raison cookie (8syns?), orange, coffee
Tea- sw chicken curry, boiled rice, pitta bread (heb)
snack- ww hot choc (2syns?) harvest moon bar (3 syns)

hea is milk in coffee

Exercise- 1.5 miles walk/jog-am, 20 mins davina dvd, 1 mile walk/jog-pm


Slightly over in syns today and maybe not quite enough superfree but all in all a good day. Day 2 down:)

Green day today

breakfast-coffe, orange
snack-coffee, luaghing cow triangles (hea)
lunch-pasta, sw tomatos sauce, harvest moon bar(half heb)
snack-coffee, raw carrot
tea-sw chips, sw curry, rice
snack-harvest moon bar (half heb), options hot choc (2 syns), cuppa lolly (2.5syns) single time ot bar (?)

Exercise- 3 mile walk

Day 3 done!!

Think its another green day today, dont have much in:sigh:

Breakfast- coffee, orange
snack-coffe
lunch will be-pasta with some peas and philly (hea)
snack-diet coke
tea-eggs of some sort, muller lite
snack- not sure yet
