Hey everyone, going to do a food diary on here and hope you can tell me if im doing fine.
Been doing sw on and off for what seems like forever as i have no willpower but im trying this time!!
I have a mixture of days.
So today is easy extra
Breakfast: green tea and melon
snack-coffee
lunch-huge bowl of veg soup, muller lite, water
Will be back later to up date how my afternoon and evening went, just wanted to get it started
for afternoon snack i had a oat and raison cookie, not sure how many syns but im saying 8, it was homemade and quite small so 8 should cover it.
Tea-turkey mince (bolognaise stylr) with extra onions, carrots and mushroom with pasta and an orange for afters.
snack-grapes and a aldi harvest moon bar
For exercise today:
1.5 mile jog/walk am
20 mins of Davina dvd
1 mile jog/run pm
So overall a good day for me, 1 day down lots to go :0)
