Keeping myself in line...

    So I joined Slimming World a couple of weeks ago and lost 6.5lbs on my first week - Verrrry happy!

    But I was unable to make my second weigh in as I'd already booked a client - I've struggled since then so I'm hoping this will keep me on the straight and narrow :)

    Breakfast -
    2 wholemeal bread HEXB
    40g lf cheese HEXA
    Onion
    Tomato
    Banana

    Lunch -
    Jacket spud
    tuna
    Cucumber
    Onion
    Pepper
    Tomatoes
    FF Fromage frais
    4 tbs extra light may 2SYNS

    Dinner -
    Pork chop (fat removed)
    Potato
    Carrots
    Green beans

    Snacks -
    Cherries

    45 minutes aquafit done too :)

    Any advice welcome!

    So yesterday was abit of an odd food day. Was supposed to have chicken breast burgers (using HEXB) for dinner but I forgot to get chicken out of the freezer. I chucked something together using sliced chicken - was nice but I was looking forward to that burger!

    Breakfast -
    2 Eggs
    Grilled tomatoes
    Mushrooms
    Baked Beans

    Lunch -
    Ham
    Banana

    Dinner -
    Tagliatelle
    Chicken
    Mushrooms
    Onions
    Peppers
    E.Light Mayo
    30g Edam HEXA

    Thanks, you've just reminded me to take chicken out of the freezer for curry tomorrow lol. Your menu looks really tasty despite having to change it. That's when I get stuck, when I have to just make something without planning. So much so that I write our whole weeks menu of breakfast, lunch and tea before I do the weekly shop lol. Hope you're having a fab week xx

    Gained 1lb at weigh in - Kick up the bum. Clearly my trip to Cadbury World had some effect!

    I'm going to have a good nosy around other diaries tonight - I think it will really help me and give some ideas.

    You only gained 1lb after a trip to Cadbury world!! Wow, I'd be lucky to gain less than a stone :-D lol xx

    I did go to the gym 3 times and cut back on syns so I reckon it could've been a LOT worse. So much chocolate.

    Lol we've got a cadburys outlet shop near us and I don't even trust myself to go near there so Cadbury world is a definite no no! xx

    Ahh we have one of those too - but the outlet isn't very good so we don't tend to go there!

    Yesterday was abother odd food day - spent a lot of time with clients so it was grab and go!

    Breakfast -
    Ham (Yes, just ham - grabbed on the way out the door!)

    Lunch -
    Spud
    Beans

    Dinner -
    Pork chop (fat removed)
    New pots
    Carrots

    Snacks -
    Chocolate chip muffin (Wise food choice right there!) Need to check syns but guessing full day and maybe a bit more...
