    Hi All

    I have copied my food diary below and am hoping you could check I am keeping on track please. I am only on week 2 and last week only lost a lb so am hoping I am doing better this week.

    Your help and reassurance is much appreciated.

    Week 2

    Wednesday - Green Day
    B-Fruit Salad
    L-Jacket Potato with cheese (HEX a) and beans with a little butter (2 syns)
    D-Spaghetti Bolognaise made with onions, mushrooms, mince (85g HEX b) and schwatz mix (3 syns)
    Total syns 5

    Thursday - Green Day
    B-Strawberry Mullerlight
    L-Jacket Potato with cheese (HEX a) and beans with a little butter (2 syns)
    S-Banana
    D-D-Spaghetti Bolognaise made with onions, mushrooms, mince (85g HEX b) and schwatz mix (3 syns) with extra tomato puree (1 syn)
    S-2 Alpen Lights (HEX b)

    Friday - Red Day
    B-Banana and custard muller light youghurt and a Banana
    L-Ham with 1 Dairy Light cheese triange (HEX a) and a packet of skips (4.5 syns)
    D-Pork Chops, 190g of boiled potatoes (HEX b), cauliflower and sprouts with gravy (1.5 syns) and apple sauce (2 syns)
    S-2 x Alpen Bars (HEX b)
    Milk for Tea (HEX a)
