Keeping weight off

Anyone have any tips for moving from the slimfast diet to normal eating again?
I lost 10lbs from 9st 12 to 9st 2lbs. I do hope to lose another 4lbs to 8stone 12lb but I am 5ft 6inch so am struggling with this!!
Would replacing the shake for breakfast with porridge make me gain weight? The shake has 210 cals in and the porridge is only 108 but I'm worried that it will mean I put the weight I've lost back on.
I like having just a bar and 2 pieces of fruit for lunch as I find the bar fills me up and stops me from eating too much bread (sandwiches especially!!)
