Kelbags re-start Food Diary.... mainly green

Last year I managed to lose a stone before giving up whilst on holiday, I've gained that back and luckly no more than I lost originally. Hubbie and I are doing it together and mainly eat the same meals, both preferring green days (we aren't veggies), but pasta is my comfort food and rice is my husbands. Hubbie has alot to loose about 4 to 5 stone. I want to loose what I have gained and plus another 1/2 stone as my first goal. I have kept a diary before in paper form and would like to keep this on-line one as well.

Friday 17th June

Breakfast: 3 Multigrain Ryvita (part HEXb) and 3 boiled eggs mashed with extra light mayo (1.5 syns)

2 x Coffees with sweenter and milk (part HEXa)

Lunch: Sweet and Sour Mugshot and 2 oranges (breakfast filled me up too much)

1 x Sprite Zero
Tesco Value Strawberry and White Chocolate Cereal Bar (syns 4.5)

Dinner: Aubergine, Tomato, Courgette Pasta Sauce with Pasta Twists.

Syns: 6.0
