Kelloggs breakfast biscuits

Hi all,

Newbie here.......week 3!!!!! Just wondering if the new Kelloggs all bran breakfast biscuits would count as a healthy extra B.....if not think they have 8.5 syns

No theyre not a HEX. Even if they were partly a HEX youd still have to syn the extra as a HEX is only worth 6 syns.

Thanks, I've got enough syns to have it anyway, plus my saturday night treat of a Galaxy snack size bar...i'm counting down the hours!!!!!
