Kellogs All Bran - HEB Green and Red Day?

I follow red and green days - what amount am I allowed as a HEB? I'm thinking 40g but not entirely sure - can someone please help me - and I needs loads of that - HELP!!:sigh: xx

Your allowed 42g of all bran as healthy extra B, i tend to bulk it out with fruit as back in the day my bowl of cereal was much larger than this!
