Kellog's All Bran

How much of this is a healthy extra? I'm a bit confused because I've seen 28g and 42g listed as an HE... Is it the other crunchy bran one that you get 42g...? The one I'm asking about is this;

It is 42g as a healthy extra or 28g plus a ryvita. I love 42g topped with strawberries, yum

Just had a look for you, it says 42g All Bran or 28g All bran Fibre Plus+1 ryvita.
