    Ok guys here's my info & diary.
    Need to lose 11 st. Eeeek. :-(

    Monday-
    Breakfast- slim fast meal bar (on the go as was late for my new job lol)
    Snack- grapes
    Lunch- bagel with chicken & salad, special k bar.
    Snack- small banana
    Dinner- ww ready meal & veg

    Exercise- 40 mins in gym cardio.


    Tuesday:
    Breakfast- shreddies
    Snack- grapes
    Lunch- bagel with chicken & salad, special k bar.
    Snack- Mango
    Dinner- pasta & chicken

    Exercise- swimming & resistance weights in water.

    Drinking 2ltr water a day plus few Cans of pepsi max.

    Thaaaanks I messaged u back Hun.
    Yeah I do all my exercise at the triangle. Not a bad little place really.
    I just succumbed to a horlicks as I haven't slept well for the past 2 nights! :-(
    Here's hoping for at least 8 hours! Lol I'm funny like that if I don't get my 8 hours I'm all worried & like now it's only 7 hours. Lol

    Ditto about the sleep - takes me 2 - 3 hours every night to get to sleep.

    Night night 6 hours and summat now.
