Looking good! Keep up the good work! You're lucky to be able to lose weight whilst eating bread, wish I could, really miss the stuff!

Sorry,Tuesday should actually be Monday. Have been a day ahead of myself all week. It has been a manic week, checking out nurseries for my son and getting organised to put the house on the market.

Total Syns: No idea, don't want to know. Really unhappy that I gave into pressure over lunch then made a complete pig of myself while there. Not a single piece of fruit or veg today at all which is also really bad. Can't wait for this week to be over but now dreading weigh in on Sunday.
My botton is being presented for a very large foot or two!

Ooh you had a green day today too! I did one (well it turnt into one anyway) counting it as extra easy means I've had 14 syns, but on green I've had only 2 syns! Not sure whether to count it as extra esy or green, how did you decide?

Hannah i tend to do green days for the extra healthy extras. If I fancy macaroni cheese for example then i can make the sauce for hardly any syns as the milk and cheese count as HEa. Wed turned into a green day as i was feeling greedy and wanted extra bread. Simply put greed = green mostly. yesterdays green day was planned for what food I needed to use up.
