I've been doing Sw from home since the middle of January and i've gone from 12st 4lbs to 10st 9lbs. I've also gone from a size 18!! to a size 14 - i even managed to buy a size 12 dress the other week!!! (SHOCK) But i seem to be chasing the same couple of pounds recently so i'm hoping that by keeping a food diary here. Someone might spot what i'm doing wrong or be able to offer me some advice to keep those pesky little pounds off and away for good.

Monday 27th July. (Red day)
B - 14g of cereal with sk.milk (2.5 syns + part of HE A)

L - Leftover lamb (drools!) with lettuce, crest and 1 w/m bread roll (1 syn for the X.light flora + HE B)

T - X.lean minced beef spicy kebabs with salad and garlicy new potatoes roasted in their skins. And l/fat yogurt,cucumber and mint sauce (yum)
Then l/fat yogurt with raspberries adn a mini meringue (1.5 syns)
