Does anyone know at what level we can start introducing ketchup? There is only so many chicken breasts I can eat plain, and the herbs dont really do it for me! Obviously I dont want to have ketchup till Im allowed, but it would make these meals a bit more bareable!

I'd imagine officially none, its packed full of salt and sugar. Ive had the odd bit of salad cream on 1000 and its done no damage but guess its down to the individual :)

I don't know what you're allowed on different plans but could you make your own kind of tomato sauce with passata and some herbs? Not sure if that's allowed but must be better than processed stuff with sugar? Know it wouldn't be the same but might help you a bit.
