ketosis....again

    sorry everyone, but im gonna bring this up again. ketosis! yay!

    i had a binge last wednesday night, and had a small gain, and thats fine. but been on plan for 5 days now and im still not in ketosis.

    last time round i was in it on day two! i keep reading posts, and reminding people myself that it can take up to 4 days, but im starting to wonder if this is always the case, (or if i have faulty sticks)


    i just wanna see purple!!!!

    Sorry Hun can't be much help (don't use sticks and I just know when I am in ketosis) but didn't want to read and run. I'm sure you will be in real soon.

    I was getting a bit worried as occasionally the sticks don't seem very pink to me, so began reading through the threads. People say that if you are sticking to it 100% (and have been) you will be in ketosis - so I wouldn't worry too much BB. In fact, I think I was addicted to the things and am trying to give them up :) :)

    Dont worry about it honey, not everyone shows ketosis on the sticks all the time. Its all to do with "excess" ketones being expelled in the urine. If you are 100% then that's all that matters x x
