Can anyone explain why my bloody feet are FREEZING all the time, and my hands. Been a lovely day today and here I am now wrapped in a duvet with one of those wheat bags you heat in the microwave wrapped around my feet having already nicked hubbies super soft socks.

Dont get it?! Is there an explanation?

I also want to pat myself on the back this weekend. There has been so much tempation, coupled with me really missing food. I have a goal in my head and NOTHING has passed my lips apart from formula and water. Am convinced I will end up with OCD after - ANY food I get on my hands is washed off immediately to stop me licking it off lololol.

Eeeee the things we do for a slimmer body :)

Hi there, I m always freezing when I am in ketosis too! I remember having the heating on last May cos I was sooo cold!!

I believe that the reason you get cold in ketosis is cos your body doesnt have enough energy to heat you up. All the fat you are buring by being in ketosis is giving you energy to keep on going at general day to day stuff.....but just doesnt leave enough to heat you end up freezing!!

But the weight loss is amazing, and well worth feeling the cold for!!

I am back on the wagon tomorrow after having about a month off after getting married on the 24th I will be freezing with you by the end of the week!!!

Hope this helps, and good luck on your journey and well done on surviving the weekend!

    hugs Lou XX
