Ketosis, ketones in urine related

Sorry for what might be a potentially stupid question. I am doing SS+ and dipped my urine earlier today and I had ++ketones in it, dipped my urine about 1 hour later after drinking about 3/4 litre of water and I had only a trace of ketones in, I haven't had anything or done anything to take me out of ketosis do you think that it is because it was a more dilute wee?

I reckon it is the water, well i hope so! I do mine in the morning and a nice strong colour, but after drinking litres of water, it doesnt even register, so i wouldnt worry about it, it is just diluted x
