Ketosis on Day 1

I am not kidding... I bought some of the Ketone stips before I started the CD and decided to try one last night as I had a headache all day yesterday and was soooo cold :jelous: - it turned Pink!!!! OMG I was told it would take 3 days.... so I guess things should get easier from today - whooo hoooooo.

I tried the Vegetable soup last night and the bits were tasty but the soup had a very starnge taste to it! I am trying spicy tomato tonight!
