Step 1 Sole Source + Ketosis stick

Can someone tell me what colour my ketosis stick should be once sampled? I'm sure it's peachy pink but mine is dark purple but I'm losing lbs?

Hi,

There should be a colour chart on your ketosis sticks box. I use Ketostix and on the side of the bottle there is a chart which shows you the different colours for Ketosis. A rosy pink colour to dark purple means you are in Ketosis. Not 100% sure but I think I have read on here before that a dark purple colour means you are a bit dehydrated? Not 100% sure. Hope someone else can shed some more light on it for you! Good luck! x

If yourecstickingbto the plan and are in ketosis bin the sticks. They're unreliable and if you're not deviating from the plan you're not going to come out of ketosis
