Ketosis stick

    My ketosis stick was a very dark pink this morning...anyone know if thats normal?
    As I haven't got a clue

    It's a sign you may be dehydrated- are you drinking enough water? It's essential on this diet- you could develop kidney problems if you don't keep your fluid intake up?

    Yup - what they said.
    1st thing in the morning will probably be the darkest they'll be. Shouldn't be that dark really though - not if you're drinking enough.
