Ketosis??

Hello!!
I did this diet 3yrs ago
And did use it then,i found it ok but it never took me outta ketosis!!
TBH i never read the label....
I always lost 4.5lb a wk!!
I didnt get any this time round,i will wait til a time when i may need it(hopefully not)!!
