first day so i might be getting ahead of myself ha but does ketosis feel different ? can you tell when you get into ketosis?

hi im on day 5 and i think i went into ketosis yesterday as i wasnt as hungry as the previous days, i had loads of energy, very thirsty and dry mouth with a funny taste. hope this helps

haha cos i was on anti biotics i already have a metalic taste and i have back pain! oo its going to be hard for me lol
