Never tried kettle bells but have heard great things about it, was looking at getting DVDs etc but there's tons!!!

Is there a difference between the two? Any particular recommendations for a complete novice? And what weight kettle bell should I get?

    Thanks!!!

Hi the kettleworx DVD set are good .. I would start with the 2.5kg and also get a 4kg - sports direct do kettlebells. Go for cast iron - not plastic filled with sand.

    Reebok Kettlebell - 2.5kg.
