Does anyone know the syns in this please?
I had 1/8th of a tesco one today. Ive looked on SW lifeline and a 125g one is 22syns but I dont know the size I had. Ive looked on the tesco site but cant find anything at all. Looking at the portions on SW lifeline it looks like an average cheesecake portion is 28g so would you divide the 22 syns by 8 do you think and count it as 3syns? That seems really low though lol

Without knowing the size of it it'd be hard to tell. If you go off 22 syns and try and work out how big the slice was. 1/2 would be 11, 1/4 would be 5.5, a 1/6 would be 4.0, 1/8 would be 3.0 and so on. Hope this helps

Thank you. Thats what I guessed at doing.
I have now learnt that next time I should look at the packet and then I can work it out lol
