KFC no skin

Hello I had one chicken breast today from KFC and took the skin off, please can u tell me how many syns please :wave_cry:

KFC isnt as bad as expected.

I think the chicken has about 6 syns, if youve taken the skin off, youve reduced that even more.

Yeah the skin has so much fat into it so good job on taking it off
