Kindle Kick-Start Challenge - Jan
This group is been formed for people wanting to lose Weight and enjoy the social side of a group
We aim to give everyone positive feedback and support them all the way
I will be posting weekly weight loss tips and hints as well as inspirational quotes & music videos.
This will be a Month to Month group, So at the start of each month we will be running again
Will also be including Wii Fit Achievements and Contests! This is optional for anyone who wants to join in, But will include weekly updates on your Wii Time, Achievements within the game and group set Achievements!
