Kingsmill 50/50

    Hi all new to this :) I would just like to know if I can use kingsmill 50/50 bread as a healthy extra b? Thanks x

    I know you can't use the Kingsmill 50/50 crusts away as a hexb, and that it is 2.5 syns a slice.

    Thanks ginlin :) I didn't realise I'd ran out of weetabix this morn which I normal have. Iv got harvest morn (aldi range) special k but not sure if that would be a syn or class as hexb its very low in fat. So iv made done with a banana & yoghurt :) xx

    50/50 doesn't have enough fibre to count as a HEB and neither does Special K, unless it's the Sustain version.

    Harvest Morn cereal bars (under 70 cals) are 2 for a HEB though if you have them.
