kingsmill bread 50/50 400g loaf

hiya - I see in SW site that 1 slice =2 syns but am sure I read on here 3 slices can be yr HE B each day?

The three slices of bread are the Kingsmill no crusts wholemeal 400g loaf only

ah - as opposed to the 50/50 no crust 400g loaf - which I now realise will have some white bread aspects to it Thanks Tigger - the birdies are going to do well today :0 xx
