Are kingsmill tasty wholemeal rolls a HEB? Xx

You can have 60g of ANY wholemeal roll hun so just weigh them and syn anything over 60g at 1 syn per 10g. I use these ones and it usually only works out at an extra syn or two

Or just trim them down so that they do weigh 60g - that's what I do!

I use these as a HExB and don't syn the extra, because I consider that there are far worse things you could eat than a few extra grams of wholemeal bread.
