Kissing goodbye to 10 years of being overweight :)

Hi, I've been doing Slimming World for 14 weeks now, starting weight of 14st 1lb. I weigh on a Wednesday morning, and as of last Wednesday I weighed in at 12st dead on. So that's a loss of 2st 1lb. I still have a fair way to go as I am only 5ft 2ins tall.
I thought I would start a food/weight loss diary to keep myself motivated.
