    Ok so here we go and i mean it this time! I have decided to start on the 13/04/10 instead of the 30th :)

    Ok so I have actually started today!

    EE

    Breakfast -
    McDonalds Egg and Bacon McMuffin (19)
    Tea (Free)

    (This was actually a big thing for me as i normally have the hash brown hot chocolate, the muffin is usually a double and i normally have 2 meals :))

    Lunch -
    2 x Ryvita (Hexb)
    Fat free Cottage Cheese (Free)
    Cucumber (SFree)
    Apple (SFree)

    Snack -
    Muller light (free)
    Apple (SFree)
    3 slices of ham (free)

    Dinner -
    Chicken skin removed (free)
    Biriyani slice Homemade cooked formed into a terrine and sliced (free) (rice, curry powder, carrots, onion, parsnips, peas, stock cube)
    Brocolli (SFree)

    Pudding -
    Apple (SFree) cherries (SFree) blueberries (SFree)

    Yeah I am spreading them over the week.
